The whole box is printed as a single unit. To preserve the necessary internal gaps that allow the print-in-place mechanism to function, use a 0.2mm layer height. Since these gaps are quite small, achieving a clean and precise print is crucial for freeing up the moving parts afterward.

One challenge is deciding where to position the seam. Unfortunately, most of the seam placement options in PrusaSlicer tend to place it along an edge, which can interfere with the internal moving components.

To avoid this, the simplest solution is to select the Random seam placement option, which helps prevent internal ridges from sticking together.
